This easy-drinking Pinot Gris from Margaret River-based winery Evans and Tate is a great refresher to counter the soaring mercury these days. Notes of wet gravel, mint, peach and figs characterise this youthful wine. Some of the Pinot Gris pressings were also included into the final wine for a little added texture. Pair this with some seafood pasta or smoked salmon.
