Edwin Soon studied and lived in France for many years before returning to Singapore to teach, talk and write about wine.  An economist as well as a qualified oenologist, Edwin has worked in various wineries around the world, run wine shops and hosted wine competitions. He has authored many guides – Soave & Asian Food, Appetite Magazine’s French Wine Retail Guide, Wine and Dine’s Italian Wine Guide – to name a few.  Edwin is also the author of Pairing Wines with Asian Food and also co-wrote the Gourmand award-winning book, Wine with Asian Food.
