Cé La Vi serves up bold flavours with its five-course modern Asian National Day menu. The Lighthouse brings an indulgent five-course dinner menu ($218) this National Day comprising dishes like aglio olio taglierini pasta with crab, asparagus and chilli; and fresh baked red snapper fillet served with sweet Romanesco cauliflower puree. Dine by the bay at the chic La Brasserie as they pay homage to Singapore this National Day. Their three-course degustation menu ($52) offers two choices for each course, giving diners the options of Singaporean and Western flavours.
