Park Hotel Clarke Quay’s modern European restaurant, Porta Fine Food & Import Company has recently added the Iberian Pork Secreto from Spain to its catalogue of fine produce. Savour Porta’s rendition comprising 180 grams of roasted Iberian Pork Secreto served with a pommery honey mustard glaze and a side of creamy mash at the restaurant for $26. But if you’d rather cook it yourself, purchase the cut and bring it home.

Available on PORTA’s restaurant menu as well as on the shelves of its retail section for $56 per kilogram.
