Blended from five rice varieties sourced across Japan and flavour-aged for six months, the rice is then gently milled to remove just the indigestible wax and husk layers. This rigorous rice processing technology seals in the nutrients, resulting in a delicious, slightly buttery texture, while skipping the typical rice-rinsing step. Soak for one hour before cooking.
