First produced in Japan over 1,500 years ago, amazake is an alcohol-free beverage made from fermented rice. Making its debut in Singapore, Amamoto Café introduces amazake culture in the form of bottled pure amazake.
This drink is rich in nutrients such as anti-oxidants and high levels of vitamin B6, which help reduce stress and promote a healthy nervous system. Amazake is lactose-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and sugarfree, and suitable for any diet.
