Coffee lovers can now recreate the café experience in their own homes with the brand new Nescafé Dolce Gusto (or “very good taste” in Italian). Combining the expertise and heritage of coffee-making by Nescafé with Krups’ precision, engineering and technical perfection, the Dolce Gusto is the only beverage-capsules-and-multi-beverage system that makes hot and cold beverages using a patented Custom Control Lever. Using milk capsules (sans the need for a separate milk frother), one can produce frothy foam for cappucinos and latte macchiatos, all with the convenience of a single machine. To date, the Dolce Gusto has over 25 varieties available worldwide, which will be made available over time to the Singapore market. One of the machines, the Circolo, won two prestigious awards in 2010—The International Forum Design’s Product Design and the Red Dot Design award for its unique and futuristic style.
