For two weeks, starting today till the 14th of February, the gastronomical delights of north-east Thailand are for your sating at Auntie’s Wok and Steam at the Andaz Singapore; as the hotel plays second home to renowned Thai chef Tubtim Warapai.

Part of the Andaz’s brand new Street Food Chefs Series that sees top female chefs from all across the region shine and take up residence at the hotel, guests and the public can finally taste the culinary marvels from Warapai’s native region of Isan in the Land of the Thousand Smiles.

And if what they say is true – that we are what we eat – then here at Wine & Dine, we are the Kor Moo Yang (grilled pork neck in jim jaew chilli sauce). Or the Nam Tok (Thai beef salad with dried chilli, kaffir lime and mint). Actually, no, make it the Khao Pad Poo (crab meat fried rice with organic eggs, spring onions and garlic). Surely we can choose more than one when we are so obviously spoilt for choice! Hey, are unpredictable if not greedy!
