Chef Marcel Skibba of IGNIV by Andreas Caminada travels from the pristine ski slopes of St. Moritz to our bustling city this week. The German chef grew up in the beautiful Black Forest region, where his family owned an inn. He honed his craft at the former three-Michelin-starred La Vie in Osnabrück, Germany before moving to Switzerland, working under chef Andreas Caminada at the three-Michelin-starred Schloss Schauenstein. For the past two years, he has been serving up haute cuisine at at IGNIV by Andreas Caminada in St. Moritz.
Catch him on Tuesday 28 May (lunch) and Friday 31 May (lunch and dinner) as he serves up eight-course meals (from $350) at V Dining, Scotts Square with the help of head chef Lee Jing Peng. Expect a menu featuring gorgeous produce and a taste of an IGNIV dining experience. Snacks such as beefsteak tartare and air bread bellpepper langoustine; and dishes such as Fish Soup IGNIV and pork belly plum cabbage will tease the palate.
