Famed restaurateur Alan Yau’s lifestyle-dining concept is rolling out scrumptious set menus and live music this festive season.
End the year on a high note at Chinese fine dining restaurant Madame Fan, by famed restaurateur Alan Yau. The establishment is taking things up a notch by offering a live DJ on Christmas Day during dinner, as well as a live band during New Year’s Eve dinner and countdown.
On the food front, festive set menus conceptualised by chef de cuisine Mike Tan start from $78 per person for lunch where diners can indulge in exquisite handcrafted dim sum and favourites such as Australian rib eye with Sarawak black pepper and foie gras, as well as the poached Chinese spinach with egg in supreme stock. The dinner set menus, starting from $138 per person, are more comprehensive and offer signatures like the crispy aromatic duck, braised live South Africa abalone claypot, and Cantonese lobster noodles. Other notable highlights on the dinner menu include the wasabi prawn, deep-fried soft shell crab, and Angus beef short ribs.
Open from 6pm to 1am on New Year’s Eve, guests can look forward to lovely tunes by Singapore songbird Miss Lou, while savouring modern Cantonese cuisine.
