An exclusive four hands dinner prepared by one-Michelin-starred Burnt Ends and FOC Sentosa for ZoukOut Singapore 2018.
This year marks the 18th edition of the music festival, and the organisers are shaking things up to offer festival-goers with more exciting and indulgent experiences, with the pop-up dinner being one of them.
“This year, we’re priming the festival with more indulgent experiences. We’ve been looking to present a boutique dining component at ZoukOut for a while now, and are absolutely thrilled to debut this concept with two of the best restaurants in Singapore”, says Andrew Li, CEO of the Zouk Group.
Set to take place on FOC Sentosa’s idyllic beachfront, the dinner will offer over 15 exquisite plates and pass-arounds suited for the convivial festival mood.
“We are very excited to be part of ZoukOut this year. Together with chef Dave, we are crafting a very unique menu for you, so prepare to be surprised! We look forward to hosting and pampering you at FOC Sentosa with our Mediterranean treats,” says chef Jordi Noguera, executive chef and co-owner of FOC Restaurants.
Chef-owner David Pynt of Burnt Ends adds, “Collaboration is something that we focus on at Burnt Ends, with our team participating in many events and festivals around the world. To be hosting a dinner with Chef Jordi, and the FOC team for ZoukOut 2018 is exciting! Guests can expect a truly Burnt Ends experience with the use of fire and wood to maximise flavour.”
The four hands dinner is priced at $220 ++ per person, limited to 150 seats. There is an option for wine pairing, which will be charged separately.
