Discerning shoppers will be pleased to discover the world’s top luxury brands—Hermès, Delvaux, Christian Louboutin, and Alexander McQueen—just to name a few. Occupying the entire Level 2 of Scotts Square is Pedder on Scotts, Pedder Group’s largest retail concept in Southeast Asia. The footwear, handbags and accessories superstore houses over 100 cutting-edge international brands of luxury and contemporary products, catering to women, men and children. Its innovative store environment with six retail zones is a must-visit destination for every fashion aficionado.

Complementing this visual feast is a stellar lineup of dining options that will keep your taste buds hankering for more.

London Fat Duck, PizzaExpress

On Basement 1, London Fat Duck serves up its signature juicy, succulent Irish roasted duck. Apart from its signature ducks, expect to tuck into familiar Hong Kong-style delights such as dim sum, congee, or delectable roast meats paired with rice or noodles. If you fancy Italian, there is also PizzaExpress, the first Singapore outpost of London’s popular pizza chain. The speciality here are the handmade thin-base pizzas topped with fresh ingredients; try classic pizzas such as the ‘Hamburger’ al formaggio that’s topped with hearty beef ragu, bechamel and crumbled beef meatball, or go for the July special—a vegetarian crispy rendang pizza, topped with Quorn’s meat-free beef, onions and chillies, and complemented by a rendang/passata blend.

Over at Maison Kayser, artisanal breads and traditional French pastries reign supreme. Stop by for a morning coffee paired with freshly baked golden croissants and pains aux chocolate, or take home some delicious eclairs for tea. Those who appreciate French cakes and sweet treats will want to make a beeline for Bonheur Patisserie, a homegrown confectionery known for its immaculate macarons. There are over 25 flavours to pick from including banana milk chocolate, Baileys, Thai milk tea, sea salt gula melaka and more.

Exclusive to the Scotts Square outlet is the rose mille crepes, layered with rose-flavoured pastry cream and decorated with sweet rose jelly and edible rose petals, so be sure to grab a slice of that when you’re here.

Over at Level 2, you’ll meet the queues forming at The Coffee Academics, known for making the alchemy of specialty coffee brews an art and a science. Enjoy your coffee alongside scrumptious brunch fare such as hearty burgers, fluffy pancakes, and tasty tacos, or try some tipples from their coffee cocktail and wine menu, available exclusively at Scotts Square.
