Chef Isaac Mchale of one-Michelin-starred The Clove Club will make his Singapore debut at July’s Speciality & Fine Food Asia (SFFA) 2018 trade show.

Held in conjunction with Restaurant Pub & Bar Asia (RPB Asia), SFFA is one of Southeast Asia’s leading trade shows for gourmet food producers and tastemakers in the F&B, retail and hospitality scene.

SFFA and RPB Asia will return in July

This year, the show returns from 17 to 19 July at Suntec Singapore Exhibition Centre, with chef Mchale as one of its main headliners. The chef is the chef-owner of The Clove Club in London, a modern British restaurant ranked No. 26 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list last year, and Luca, which serves up ‘British seasonal ingredients through an Italian lens’.

Catch him at the following SFFA events:

  • Two cooking demonstrations at the Fine Food Live stage
  • A discussion panel on the art of fine dining

He’ll also be cooking up a storm with critically-acclaimed chef Julien Royer of Odette at a one-night only, four-hands dinner.
