On 1 and 2 June, InterContinental Singapore’s Ash & Elm will be joining forces with Hong Kong’s only Michelin-starred steakhouse Beefbar for a spectacular six-hand dinner.

Beefbar Hong Kong’s Executive Chef Andrea Spagoni, InterContinental Singapore’s Executive Sous Chef Philippe Duc and the property’s award winning pastry chef Ben Goh will be serving up a special five-course menu.

Given that the Hong Kong steakhouse is renowned for its quality meats, you can expect signature Beefbar crowd-pullers such as beef tartare “bistro style” and Black Angus tenderloin and Australian wagyu striploin simply cooked for maximum unadulterated flavours.

Chef Duc will also be serving up his signature pan-seared Hokkaido scallops with brown butter sauce, while chef Goh is whipping up a gorgeous single origin 68 per cent cuvee Bali chocolate cremeux with strawberry compote and yuzu yogurt sherbert.

The special menu is available for two nights only at $128 per person. Wine pairing is available for an addition $88 per person.
