Holding the world record for the tallest gin tower and also Singapore’s largest gin collection, Atlas Bar introduces a new society for gin lovers called the Juniper Society.
With over 1,000 bottles of gin to its name and the world’s tallest gin tower at a lofty 15 metres as a centrepiece, Atlas has made a name for itself in celebration of all things gin. And to that end, it welcomes gin connoisseurs and dilettantes alike to its newly-launched Juniper Society, a preferential club that grants access to the world’s largest collection of gin.
Tapping into the Atlas team’s vast expertise in the field, gin master Jason Williams, head bartender Roman Foltan and gin researcher Jonathan Teo foster the spirit of gin education through explorations into the spirit’s history, in addition to ‘Juniper Tuesdays’—gin tasting sessions held at the top of each month.
What’s more, membership is a lifelong affair. For a one-time fee of $100, members are entitled to exclusive invitations to master classes, product launches, gin dinners and intimate tasting sessions with renowned gin distillers. Their welcome gift, a Juniper Society lapel pin and a welcome cocktail to toast your entry into the fraternity, is a nice touch as well.
Especially on the heels of Atlas’s recent entry into the World’s 50 Best Bars list, less than a year after its official launch, this is one membership we’d recommend to any cocktail fan worth their salt.
