Brasserie Les Saveurs is pulling out all the stops with a new brunch experience offering exclusive table service, live jazz performances and unrivalled French fare paired with free-flow bubbly.
The restaurant recently unveiled an all-new epicurean brunch experience, focusing on quality ingredients, fine Champagnes, exclusive table service and exceptional live jazz performances.
Settle into one of the plush chairs and have your food presented right to your table. Begin with freshly baked truffle bread served with French beurre de la maison bordier à saint-malo, and an amuse bouche of superior oscietra caviar with boiled egg, shallot, sour cream and chives.
These are accompanied by a selection of pass-arounds such as fresh scallop carpaccio with piquillo pepper jelly and avruga pearls, and confit of yellowfin tuna with crispy apple and spicy tomato concassé. Enjoy the carefully curated dishes with unlimited Krug or Ruinart champagne. There’s also a good variety of red and white wines, plus other alcoholic beverages if bubbly is not your drink of choice.
Next, savour a selection of sharing plates served to the table on an elegant three-tiered silver stand including French moulard duck rillettes. While there are plenty of scrumptious salads, succulent seafood and fine cold cuts to try, we suggest you pace yourself and save space for the heartier items that are to come.
One of the highlights is the classic Maine lobster thermidor with sautéed spinach and mushrooms. Served as an entrée right before the main course, the lobster is fresh and perfectly cooked. Then, choose from exceptional mains prepared à la minute—from charolais beef striploin with red wine glazed shallot, pomme purée and bordelaise sauce, to Pacific cod with young spinach, black mussels, pernod and saffron emulsion and dill oil.
Available every Sunday from noon to 3pm, prices for the champagne brunch start from $148 per person.
