This festive season, Le Méridien Singapore, Sentosa brings a little slice of Italy to our balmy isle with its Italian summer theme.

Its talented culinary team at Latest Recipe has drawn inspiration from the sights and sounds, and of course, delicious cuisines of Italy to serve up a smorgasbord of festive treats. Start off with the Coffeetail N°10, a freshly brewed welcome cocktail prepared with Italian coffee beans. Then tuck into an all-Italian spread of bruschetta served with olives, tomatoes and basil; freshly made lasagna oozing with three cheeses and laden with sausage and spinach; and the richly flavoured osso buco prepared with veal shank, which is not to be missed.

Of course, it isn’t Christmas without some roasted turkey and ham. Head over to the carving stations for a slice of roasted turkey that’s brined overnight than slow-roasted in the oven to ensure that the bird stays moist and tender. There’s also the traditional honey glazed ham paired with sweet and tangy homemade cranberry sauce. Last but not least, check out the Italian dessert spread that makes for a spectacular finale to the meal. Highlights include the Sicilian cannoli filled with ricotta cheese and chopped pistachios, the limoncello tart with amaretti cookie crust and the éclair croquembouche carousel.
