From 1 December, Oscar’s offers a festive lunch buffet and dinner buffet that are not to be missed. Expect a smorgasbord of Christmas delicacies such as honey and pineapple glazed boneless smoked ham with spicy apple sauce; and roasted turkey with stuffing served with spicy cranberry sauce and traditional gravy.
Come 23 December till Christmas Day, Oscar’s switches things up a notch in their buffet spread. One of the highlights is the additional live barbecue station serving freshly grilled Black Angus ribeye and green bamboo lobsters. Other additions include traditional beef wellington at the carving station and a Dessert House serving up sweet temptations from log cakes and Christmas pudding to classic mille feuille and crepes.
For those looking to bring the Christmas spirit back home, consider Conrad Centennial Singapore’s selection of log cakes and Christmas roasts. Gather your loved ones for a feast of its traditional roasts such as whole roasted turkey with a chestnut and herb stuffing and slow-cooked New Zealand ribeye, and end off with any—or all—of the hotel’s log cakes in flavours like royale hazelnut crunch, chocolate raspberry duo, macchiato whisky and orange cheesecake.
Alternatively, gather a group of friends for tea at the hotel’s Lobby Lounge. The festive afternoon tea set offers a selection of sweet and savoury items such as petite sandwiches, mini bagels with roasted turkey, traditional fruit cake, mini snowman macarons, mini Christmas log cakes, and more.
