Christmas Eve lunch ($78 per adult; $39 per child) at Seasonal Tastes involves a combination of traditional favourites with a notable seafood selection. Tuck into indulgent treats like lobster bisque, grilled Aussie tomahawk, maple and miso glazed salmon, and panettone bread pudding with vanilla anglaise.

For Christmas Day ($98 per adult; $49 per child), the chefs have lined up an indulgent festive spread. Apart from the usual seafood on ice, live pasta station and local favourites such as its signature Singapore chilli crab and Canton salt-baked spring chicken, diners can also look forward to a smorgasbord of celebratory delights such as the truffle honey-glazed Christmas ham, rolled & roasted turkey stuffed with mum’s bread and cranberry stuffing, and the barbecued St Louis pork ribs.

For those who prefer to celebrate in the comfort of their own homes, the hotel also offers delicious festive takeaways ranging from hearty Asian favourites to traditional Christmas must-have’s. Lay out your Christmas table with dishes such as ee-fu noodles braised with roasted turkey, wild mushrooms, truffle oil ($75); wokfried claypot rice with smoked country ham, assorted seafood, asparagus, and spiced walnuts ($75); and apple-glazed turkey served with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables, chestnut stuffing, cranberry and port wine sauce ($155). Other complements are homemade sausages ($115) and pineapple-glazed ham ($140).
