Organised in celebration of Finland’s 100th anniversary, the first-ever Finland-Singapore Culinary Masters will see celebrity chef Kari Aihinen of Ravintola Savoy, Helsinki, and InterContinental’s resident executive chef Eric Neo, craft the first-ever Finnish-Singaporean menu.

Spanning over seven courses, the menu will showcase the very best produce from Finland. Besides traditional Finnish dishes like lamb tartare, cured arctic char and sea buckthorn sorbet, it’ll feature signature dishes from chef Aihinen’s Ravintola Savoy restaurant (which itself has a 80 year history) like slow braised pork cheek with celeriac and chanterelle puree. Add a dash of local flavour and spice – in the form of chef Neo’s buak keluak chicken ravioli with laksa cream sauce – and you’ve got all the fixings for a unique dining experience.
