Expect master classes, industry talks and hobnobbing among the who’s who of the wine world at this year’s Hong Kong International Wine and Spirits Fair, held at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre
Now in its 10th edition, the annual Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair returns next week, and will last three days from 9 to 11 November. The fair promises the largest one yet, with more than 70 scheduled events and a record 1,070 exhibitors taking part.
Gourmands also can look forward to a menu prepared by chef Fabrice Vulin of the two Michelin-starred The Tasting Room, Macau, at the fair’s gala wine dinner.
Other highlights to look out for include champagne tastings at the newly-launched Champagne Avenue; seven first-time wine exhibitors from Malaysia, Mauritius, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine; and a new Asia Wine Academy, launched in conjunction with the fair’s 10th anniversary.
