From 13 to 19 November, the second edition of Austrian Wine Week (AWW) shines a spotlight on six winemakers and one distiller in a week of indulgent wine activities.
They include events from wine pairing dinners at various locations to sailing on a yacht.
Head down to venues like Chef’s Table by Chef Stephan where a five-course wine pairing dinner awaits; and Level33 for a big bottle party—featuring bottles ranging from six to 18 litres—complete with free-flow wine and food, and accompanied by live music. AWW also features a five-hour cruise on a yacht that brings guests from Sentosa to Lazarus Island, complete with a wine reception and finger food served onboard.
Wineries in the spotlight include Winery Zahel, a sustainable winery with vineyards in every one of Vienna’s wine growing districts; and Destillerie Farthofer, the first distillery in Austria to convert entirely to organic processes and practices. Daily tickets begin at $78 per pax.
