Located at Fullerton Pavilion, this swish restaurant and bar sits where Spanish restaurant Catalunya used to be.
French-Italian chef Luigi Calcagno holds court here, dishing up a hit parade like Superfood ($24), a salad loaded with chia seeds, walnuts and borlotti beans, alongside hearty mains such as ravioli pasta filled with braised veal ossobuco, cream of bone marrow, lemon zest and parmigiano reggiano ($34). Another winner is Signor Monti ($52), monkfish fillet wrapped in pancetta with springtime ratatouille and rosemary jus.
For dessert, try ho dimenticato il sigaro ($16), a lapsang souchong tea-infused chocolate cigar with olive oil ash.
Find out how they fared in this year’s Singapore’s Top Restaurants guide.
