Looking for the best restaurant deals around town? We pick out three of our favourite dining promotions this month.
The Great Meat Feast
The Carvery’s annual all-you-can-eat meaty dinner buffet The Great Meat Feast returns for its second run from 27 Sep to 22 Oct.
Savour succulent slabs of premium meats like 28-day dry-aged Aberdeen Angus beef, grain-fed Mayura full-blood wagyu and crossbred Dingley Dell pork collar with a wide range of speciality salts, flavoured butters and sauces (from $78++ per adult).
The Carvery, Park Hotel Alexandra, 323 Alexandra Road. Tel: 6828 8880
In commemoration of Finland’s 100th anniversary, modern Italian bacaro Equilibrium has joined forces with Finnish design house Marimekko to create limited-run menus from 7 to 17 Sep. In addition to Nordic-inspired dishes like jauheliijaphvi (hand-crafted beef patties with mashed potatoes), the restaurant will be decked out in Marimekko chic—think bold floral prints, accessories and tableware.
Pop by for a two-course lunch (from $19.90) or five-course dinner (from $50) and take home shopping vouchers and gifts courtesy of Marimekko!
Equilibrium, #01-86 Capitol Piazza, 15 Stamford Road. Tel: 6384 4069; equilibrium.sg
Art deco bar Atlas at Parkview Square expands its dining menu. Executive chef Daniele Sperindio’s recent additions are creatively plated; his dish of crispy prawn heads, cod skin, cucumber relish and sawagani crab is carefully posed to resemble a scene from the ocean floor ($24).
Diners will also enjoy chef’s saucisson black pig ravioli which are seared on one side and served like gyozas, accompanied with veal consommé and cubes of aged goat cheese ($34).
Atlas, Parkview Square, 600 North Bridge Road. Tel: 6396 4466; atlasbar.sg
