Happening from 21 to 24 September, The GREAT Food Festival (TGFF) is one of the largest gathering of world-renowned chefs in Singapore.
It is Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) and Savour Events’ first collaboration. The festival takes place across various RWS venues such as the Convention Centre and The Bull Ring. Expect a showing of up to 30 international chefs such as homegrown celebrity chef Sam Leong from RWS’ Forest森 and chef Ben Spalding from the UK who trained at Michelin-starred establishments like Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck in England.
TGFF promises a variety of culinary experiences over five segments—Star Chef Arena, Heritage Lane, Rollin’ Sweet Times, Feast of Kings and Connoisseur Collection. Not to be missed is the Star Chef Arena, which features over 50 dishes from highly acclaimed chefs all around the globe.
Expect creations from chefs like Cat Cora, the first and only female Iron Chef from America, who heads up RWS’ Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora; Enrico and Roberto Cerea, the Italian brothers from three-Michelin-starred Da Vittorio, Italy and RWS’ Fratelli; executive chef Michael Michaelidis of Jöel Robuchon Restaurant, the only three-Michelin-starred establishment in Singapore for two consecutive years; and Masayasu Yonemura of the one-starred Restaurant Yonemura in Japan.
Open to ticket holders only. Dishes at the Star Chef Arena start at $10. One-day tickets for TGFF are priced at $78.
