A Sneak Peek at Nutmeg & Clove's Local Cocktails 2017

This August, Ann Siang Hill bar Nutmeg & Clove offers up locally inspired iterations of classic drinks, with more to come in October 2017.

Working in collaboration with the National Heritage Board, the bar presents local twists on well-loved classic cocktails. Inspired by William Farquhar’s book Natural History Drawings: The Complete William Farquhar Collection, Malay Peninsula 1803-1818which features almost 500 beautifully drawn illustrations of Singapore’s flora and fauna, each cocktail ($22 each) highlights an ingredient that is native to Singapore and Malaysia.
