Enjoy a lovely evening on the Iberian Peninsula this week at an exclusive four hands dinner by local Spanish restaurant Esquina, featuring chef Ayuso of Barcelona’s award-winning Alvart restaurant.

For two nights only, chef Carlos Montobbio of Esquina at Jiak Chuan Road will collaborate with visiting chef Àlvar Ayuso to serve up 11 exquisite courses featuring authentic Spanish cuisine.

This is certainly not one to be missed: highlights include Alvart’s sea urchin with codium seaweed and baby seaweed; and Esquina’s Tsarskaya oyster with caviar.

This limited-run menu is priced at $128++ per person, with an option at $188++ with wine pairings.
