The Wine & Dine team is pleased to announce the results of Singapore’s Top Restaurants 2017/2018.

First published in 1996, this annual guide featuring Singapore’s top F&B establishments is one of the most well-regarded authorities on dining out in Singapore.

From the Michelin-starred to the up-and-coming, over 320 restaurants are listed in this guide. Each has been tasted at and assessed by our guest panellists, many of which are veterans of the F&B and service industry, and subsequently scored on a rigorous framework that counts among its criteria excellence service, ambience and overall dining experience.

We continue to celebrate the evolution and growth of the city’s dining scene and shine the spotlight on its F&B stars. Some of these are newly minted, while many are familiar, well-loved names.

On this note, we’d like to present to you the shining winners of our guide in the three different awards category—our House of Stars, Special Awards and Wine List Awards.

House of Stars

First up is our House of Stars – sorted into three different levels of excellence, all of these restaurants have excelled in providing a first-rate dining experience.

Three Stars comprise the cream of the crop. Scoring an aggregate of 9.0 and above during review, the following restaurants showcase the best of their categories.

Wine List Awards

Last but not least, we present our Wine List Awards. A collaboration between Wine & Dine magazine and the Sommelier Association of Singapore, the entries were judged based on a wide variety of factors including the size of the list, suitability of wine styles for the restaurant’s cuisine, breadth of producers, price range and the wine-by-glass programme.

To qualify for award consideration, the restaurant’s wine list must have a minimum of 50 wines. The awards offered are in grades of Gold, Silver and Bronze.
