From 3 to 28 July 2017, immerse in all things Middle Eastern at One-Ninety restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.
Special guest chef Adnan Al Masri from Elements at Four Seasons Hotel Doha, one of the top restaurants in Doha, will be in town to serve up an authentic and fine dining Middle Eastern cuisine.
Enjoy classic Middle Eastern flavours from the charcoal grill such as lamb and fish kebabs and shish taowk (grilled chicken cubes), alongside home-style specialities such as lamb shank with yoghurt sauce, lamb stew with okra and chicken mosakhan, stuffed saj bread with chicken and pomegranate molasses.
There are also claypot signatures like shrimp motaffa, fresh shrimp cooked with garlic and lemon in a coriander sauce.
Served semi-buffet style, diners get to enjoy unlimited servings of starters and desserts alongside their preferred choice of entrée (from $52).
