Learn all about the origins of cacao beans, how they are turned into bars and about the art of chocolate making at a chocolate degustation and open dialogue session conducted by Chocolate Concierge founder and chocolate connoisseur, Ning-Geng Ong. The sensory journey includes a blind tasting of five different chocolates.

The ticket price of $70 also includes a taste of SPRMRKT’s pastry chef Lauren Sung’s special creations, Temuan chocolate profiterole dessert and flourless chewy Temuan chocolate cookies. At the end of the session, participants also get to bring home a custom-made 12-piece chocolate collection goody bag worth $30.
