Whether you are a frequent traveller who values hotel stay-related benefits, or a homebody who prefers dining out, there’s a card with a loyalty programme out there for you. We picked out a few for you!

IHG Rewards Card

IHG Rewards Card lets you earn points through stays at IHG’s over 5,000 properties worldwide, across its nine brands including Holiday Inn, Hotel Indigo, the Intercontinental, and Hualuxe in China. Benefits include reward nights (with no blackout dates), room upgrades, air miles conversions, and free Internet. You can also use a combination of points and cash to redeem benefits.

Gourmet Collection

For those who don’t travel often, check out Gourmet Collection, IHG’s Singapore- and Batam-centric dining privileges card that offers 25 and 15 per cent off F&B and room stays respectively, amongst other benefits. Membership starts from $388.

Shangri-La’s The Golden Circle (GC)

The Golden Circle (GC) programme lets members earn and redeem points through staying, dining or buying spa treatments at its worldwide properties, under the Shangri-La, Kerry, Traders and Hotel Jen brands.

It is also integrated with The Table, Shangri-La’s new loyalty dining programme that covers an impressive 500 F&B outlets across its properties.  Best things about GC are its tiered structure, GC points-to-air-miles conversion and instant dining rewards.

Starwood Preferred Guest

The Starwood Preferred Guest programme covers 11 brands including W Hotels, St Regis and Westin. Earn points when you stay or dine at the 1,300 plus properties in almost 100 countries.Then redeem them for free stays starting from 2,000 points, and room upgrades.

Pan Pacific Privileges

Pan Pacific Privileges is Pan Pacific Singapore’s dining loyalty programme with room component. Joining it is free and members earn points through dining and staying at the hotel. They enjoy 10 per cent savings on F&B at its five hotel-run F&B outlets, and 15 per cent off room rates, amongst other benefits.

Points can also be used to offset dining bills. The next level of membership gets you added benefits including 15 per cent off F&B, and accelerated points accrual.

Grand Hyatt’s Gold Passport programme

Hyatt‘s Gold Passport programme lets frequent travellers earn points across all Hyatt brand properties worldwide, and redeem them for free stays, upgrades, dining and spa sessions, with noblackout dates. It takes an achievable 15 nights to reach the platinum levels for premium treats like late check-out and free premium Wifi.

Those who don’t travel as much can benefit from the Club at The Hyatt, the Grand Hyatt Singapore’s dining loyalty programme that gives you dining discounts of up to 50 per cent, and invitations to special events like visiting chefs and wine tasting dinners. Membership comes at just $298 nett per year.

Fairmont Hotel Singapore’s Far Card

The Far Card is attractive for those who dine out often. From $425 nett for a one-year membership, enjoy dining discounts up to 50 per cent at 11 restaurants in Fairmont Singapore and Swissotel brands in Singapore, preferential room rates, and vouchers for free treats.
