The folks at The 1925 Brewing Co. & Restaurant love their beer so much that they’ve just launched a new special menu concept.
Now, derivatives of the beer brewing process is incorporated in its food and cocktails. On top of the freshly brewed beer tapped straight from their 2,400 litre microbrewery, diners can feast on items such as The Smoked Duck Paddle, which is smoked with oak, mesquite and the spent wort extracted during beer brewing; and various skewered meats, seasonal vegetables and seafood that are grilled and dressed in a beer reduction glaze using their own dark ale, BLK 622 Dark Ale.
This dark ale also makes an appearance in the concoction BLK Party, which also comprises chocolate, coffee and vodka. Another beer cocktail to look out for is the Love Nectar, featuring vodka, homemade honey, honeycomb and a reduction of The 1925 Brewing Co.’s pale ale, Yellow Van.
