Teepee Bar & Restaurant counts F&B stalwarts like 28 HongKong Street and Ronin as neighbours, but this little joint remains well-hidden with nary a signboard.

The trick to locating this blink-and-you’ll-miss-it joint is to look for the cardboard signs like “Coffee?” to lead the way. Inside, Teepee’s fuss-free beverage menu sees speciality coffee served from 8am, while cocktails and highballs emerge at noon.

Swing by for a Teepee Spritz ($7) with cold brew coffee, apple-infused soda, orange zest and dried orange to beat the afternoon heat, or drop in at dusk for tipples such as Chamomilla ($22) with chamomile-infused gin and togarashi umeshu; and Dark and Stormy ($16), made with Diplomatico rum, homemade cola syrup and East Imperial’s Ginger Beer.
