AIX’s latest rosé is a thirst quencher to pack along for your next picnic. Unlike most other rosé wines, AIX’s salmon-hued potion is born from a combination of saignée (bleeding) and pressing methods—the latter brings out more flavour. Made from a Provencal blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and a touch of Carignan, the wine is a summer’s garden captured in a bottle: light, breezy and minerally, with aromas of strawberries and peaches.
