Former restaurant manager of The Study, William Liou and co-founder of SPMRKT Quek Sue-Shan bring small plates with Asian flavours to the table, at KITE. Opt for a four-dish ($35) lunch meal or order à la carte for dinner. Local catch comes in the form of Ubin Sea Bass with Lotus Root, Sunflower Seeds & Sprouts ($14). Check out the Sugee Cake with Orange, Ginger & Yogurt ($10), a childhood favourite reimagined by head chef Dannel Krishnan, who first learnt the recipe from his grandmother. Asian ingredients make their way into the cocktails too. Try The Suspicious Slinger ($25), a creative take on the classic Singapore Sling, with gula melaka and fresh lemon.
