The final installment of the Flying Sommelier Tour will take place at Cé La Vi on 24 May. Sommeliers Amir Solay (Pollen), Michael Leitner (Cé La Vi) and Mohamad Fazil (Salt Grill & Sky Bar) will offer their excellent wine pairing suggestions for an exclusive five-course dinner specially created for the occasion.
Solay will match the Leflaive Macon Verze Burgundy France 2012 with the Chestnut Soup, Foie Gras and Raisins, and Fazil will pair the Jurtschitsch Kaferberg Gruner Veltliner Kamptal Austria 2008 with the Pickled Tuna, Apple Salad, Kingfish in Squid Ink, Cod & Potato and Rice Crackers. Leitner will offer three parings, one of which is the E Guigal Côtes-Rôtie Château d’Ampuis Rhone Valley France 2006 with a Slow-cooked Pork Neck, Miso, Garlic Custard, and Trout Roe Vinaigrette.
