Get up close with the chefs behind your favourite restaurants at the WINE&DINE Marketplace as they teach you the tricks of the trade.
In conjunction with WINE&DINE’s 30th Anniversary, take part in intimate cooking demonstrations and masterclasses hosted by more than 10 restaurants including the likes of Violet Herbs, NOX – Dine in the Dark, Restaurant SELA, Burlamacco and Bacchanalia at WINE&DINE Marketplace. Learn chefs’ personal tips to creating tasty morsels with fresh top quality produce from France, Ireland and Japan. Vinophiles can also look forward to wine masterclasses by VCT Wines.
Hosting the lessons on 28 and 29 November is the new spacious multiplex, CulinaryOn, which is the first entertainment-cooking school of its kind. Events here are distinguished for their dynamic and energetic atmosphere where participants can try their hand at dishes while having a tipple. Developed by Alex Blanc and Giulio D’Erme in an effort to refresh the experience of cooking classes, the 7,000 square foot space can be separated into four fully-functional rooms (with its own bar and entrance) and a conference room. Its launch in Singapore comes fresh from CulinaryOn’s success in Moscow, where it has been chosen to host the preliminary rounds for Junior MasterChef in Russia.
WINE&DINE Marketplace starts from noon onwards with an entry fee of $25 which includes a complimentary drink. Come enjoy lunch tasting portions of your favourite restaurants between 12-3pm or dinner between 6 – 10pm with a mix of exciting masterclasses lined up in the afternoon from 3- 6pm.
