Away from the crowded city and set in the heart of Sunset Way, Carne & Caipirinha is the first and only Brazilian churrascaria in Singapore that uses a charcoal fire to roast their meats. Helmed by chef Noelio Scheibel, a true blue gaucho hailing all the way from Rio Grande do Sul, the restaurant is dedicated to serving up an authentic cowboy experience with premium quality meats that are slow-roasted and barbecued over an open fire.

Carnivores will flock back for the unlimited servings of roasted chicken, beef, lamb, pork and fish, including pork belly, lam leg, beef rump, prawns wrapped in bacon, and chicken hearts. A buffet line provides a smorgasbord of sides such as baby octopus, top shell, pastas, vegetables, and a traditional Brazilian Feijoada (black bean stew). Happy Hour (Mondays to Saturdays 5.30pm to 7pm, Sundays and Public Holidays 5pm to 6pm) starts at $39.90 for adults and $18 for children, available every day of the week.
