In celebration of Father’s Day this June, Chotto Matte will be hosting an array of exciting menu offerings at promotional rates.

Currently helmed by head chef Alan Tan, who spent seven years learning the art of fine Japanese cuisine in Kuriya and Tajimaya before moving on to train under the hands of a world-class Japanese chef in Italy’s South of Bari, the flavours at Chotto Matte are elegantly fresh, Japanese with a modern twist.

From 15 – 21 June, Chotto Matte is offering a five course Father’s Day set menu at $98++ per person. The sophisticated selection of dishes include decadent White Miso Yaki Lamb Rack or Salmon Shio with Ponzo Momiji Sauce served with garlic Yaki-meshi.

For those who would prefer a more indulgent lunch or dinner option, the Omakase (price range from $90 – $130) is a great way to sample Tan’s skill. Showcasing the freshest catch from Tsukiji Market, the exceptional Omakase experience offers exotic varieties such as Hirame Carpaccio, marinated with Truffle Shoyu and Shio Konbu and served with Wasabi Sazae. Complement your meal with a refreshing Whisky Sour or Dirty Martini.

All diners who take up the ala carte menu or the Five Course menu for Father’s Day will be gifted with a SGD$50 dining voucher.
