An international sensation in its third year running, Negroni Week is an inspired collaboration between Campari and Imbibe Magazine, and is slated to run from 1 to 7 June 2015 at bars and restaurants across the globe.

Any bar or restaurant can sign up at NegroniWeek.com. Participating bars donate a portion of sales from iconic Negroni cocktails or Negroni-related products to the charity of their choice. As such, consumers are invited to toast with ‘a drink for your cause. Make it Count.’

Local bars Ah Sam Cold Drink Stall, Bitters & Love, Tess Bar & Kitchen, KU DÉ TA, Manhattan, and The Secret Mermaid will be supporting #NegroniWeek by donating proceeds from the sale of their Negronis to a charity of their choice. Some of the bars have even created special twists on the classic cocktail for the event, such as Ah Sam Cold Drink Stall’s Cheng Tng Negroni with Pu’er tea infused gin and longan dry vermouth, and Bitters & Love’s Negroni Malacca with straits spiced vermouth. Charities that will benefit from your imbibing run the gamut, and include Save Our Street Dogs, Unicef Nepal, and Run For Hope.

This year’s Negroni Week aims to be bigger and better than ever, inviting drinkers to enjoy their favourite Campari-based bitter cocktail responsibly, whilst helping bars raise money for charities that are meaningful to their communities. 2014 saw over 1,300 bars, restaurants and even an ice cream shop sign up from 18 countries across the world from as far as Romania, Australia, Sweden and China, raising over $120,000 in a single year.
