For a limited period from 25 May to 26 July 2015, Goodwood Park’s award-winning Chinese restaurant Ming Jiang will be showcasing a series of healthful and nutritious double boiled soups by Master Chef Chan Hwan Kee.

Keeping in line with the traditional Chinese philosophies of ‘yin’ (cold) and ‘yang’ (hot) cuisine, Master Chef Chan has curated a meticulous selection of six herbal broths, each concoction exquisitely brewed for three hours to extract the maximum nutritional qualities and benefits of each ingredient. Two selections will be available on rotation each week. ‘The Herbal 6 at Min Jiang’ promotion includes:

Double Boiled Duck Soup with ‘Ching Bo Leung’
Double Boiled Snakehead Fish Soup with ‘Ji Gu Cao’ and Poria

Double Boiled Pig Tendon Soup with Cordyceps Flower and Cistanche
Double Boiled ‘Song’ Fish Head soup with ‘Tian Ma’ and Dendrobium

8 – 14 June, 29 June – 5 July, 20 – 26 July
Double Boiled Venison and Pork Rib Soup with Sea Dragon
Double Boiled Ginseng Chicken Soup

All soups are served in individual portions, and prices range from $16 to $18 per order.
