After a week of renovation, The Chop House has unveiled a new kitchen and an expanded menu on this January. Under ‘The Best Thing Since Sliced Bread’ on the menu, look out for four sandwiches that makes a perfect option for something in a little lighter. Bite into a crispy deep fried Soft Shell Crab Club Sandwich, or sample the Smoked Turkey with bacon and grilled apple sandwich for something a little savoury-sweet. Fans of flavourful dishes will enjoy the Slow-Smoked BBQ Pork with Ooo-Eee Sauce Sandwich. Alternatively, indulge in a tender Smoked Beef Tri-Tip Sandwich. Feeling a little peckish but not up for a full meal? Bar Bites offers six new items that are bound to satiate with dishes like the Wooloomooloo’s signature Mini Beef Wellingtons — classic Mini Beef Burgers stuffed with blue cheese, bacon and pear and crispy Nachos in melted cheddar cheese and sour cream — as you unwind over a beer.
